Return & Refund Policy

At Antidote Apparel, every piece is created with intention and care. Because our products are made-to-order and often part of limited releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following cases:

  1. The item you received is defective upon arrival.

  2. You received the wrong product, size, or model compared to what you ordered.

How to Submit a Claim

If either of these issues occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [contact@antidote-apparel.com]. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement item or store credit.

Conditions for Claims

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (when applicable).

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery cannot be honored.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents after delivery.
