  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • All payments are processed securely; accepting major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (depending on your setup).

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Product Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order via our fulfillment partner.

  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination:

    • Domestic (US) standard shipping: 5–9 business days after production

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification once it has been fulfilled.

Note: Production and shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to holidays, high demand, or shipping carrier issues.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because all items are custom-printed, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

5. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices listed on our site are in USD($) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Occasionally, pricing or availability errors may occur. If an error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer a resolution, which may include a corrected order, alternative product, or refund.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Defective or damaged products will be handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at [contact@antidote-apparel.com] with photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address entry.
